We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt service
- Serve meals, drinks, and organise table settings with attention to detail
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
- Uphold food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods
- Make and serve drink behind the bar
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Support baristas with drink preparation when needed
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Experience in food and drink preparation bar/restaurant environments is advantageous
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with coffee brewing techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Organised with strong attention to detail in both service delivery and cleanliness
- A proactive team player who can adapt to changing priorities swiftly
