Job Summary
Parkonic Smart Mobility Solutions Ltd is seeking a results-focused Service Delivery Manager to ensure smart parking and mobility services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. You will coordinate technical support, field operations, implementation teams, and service partners while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery across smart parking, mobility, and connected-technology solutions.
- Monitor service levels, system availability, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate technical support, field engineers, implementation teams, and external suppliers.
- Lead service reviews and provide clear performance updates to clients.
- Manage escalations and restore services quickly when operational issues arise.
- Track service risks, recurring faults, change requests, and improvement actions.
- Maintain service documentation, reporting, and agreed operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and the customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in service delivery, technology operations, managed services, or customer support.
- Strong understanding of service-level agreements, incident management, and operational reporting.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, suppliers, and client accounts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving service environment.
- ITIL or relevant service-management qualifications are beneficial.

Pay: £3,000.00-£3,800.00 per month
