We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Carer to provide high-quality support to individuals in a home care setting. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support clients in adhering to personalised care plans tailored to their individual needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Help with medication management and monitor health conditions as required
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, following organisational protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a secure environment for all
Skills
- Valid driving licence and experience in driving clients safely to various destinations
- Previous experience working in a care home care services
- Knowledge of creating and following care plans tailored to individual needs
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for clear communication
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen empathetically and convey information effectively
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being
- Organised and reliable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: £12.50-£16.00 per hour
