Are you a caring, compassionate person who enjoys making a positive difference to the lives of others? We're looking for a dedicated Day Care Assistant to join our friendly team at The Knights Care Home.
As a Care Assistant, you'll support our residents with their daily routines, help them maintain their independence, and provide companionship and reassurance throughout the day. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, valued, and at home.
What you'll do:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support
- Assist residents with daily activities and routines
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Promote dignity, choice, and independence
- Work as part of a caring and supportive team
What we're looking for:
- A kind, patient, and reliable nature
- Good communication skills
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential
