Your are a naturally confident and enthusiastic person who will be key in the provision of a friendly and professional level of service. You are expected to take on information you learn in your training, and use this to better understand our product, and thus be able to provide a higher level of service to your guests. Our level of expectation for service is high, and we expect it to be executed in a professional manner.
Bar Duties:
- Preparing drinks for guests seated at the bar & looking after them
- Preparing drinks for dispense to the restaurant
- Sociable enthusiastic and welcoming approach to table service
Problem Solving:
- Communication with management regarding any staff or guest issues
- Communication between kitchen and dispense bar team and management flagging any potential problems
- Communication between hosts, floor team and management to prevent and mitigate any bookings related issues
Training:
- Full attendance to training sessions
- Absorbing training knowledge in away that can be used and passed on to your guests.
Communication:
- Creating a friendly and professional first impression through product knowledge and initiative
- Pleasant and appropriate interaction with customers throughout their experience
- Strong teamwork
- Good communication with the Managers throughout the week and feedback to staff on any changes, special requirements, progress and praises
Organisational Duties:
- Set up & closing of bars
- Dealing with deliveries
- Ensuring high levels of cleanliness in the restaurant at all times
Pay: £14.50-£17.50 per hour
