We are seeking a thoughtful and multi-skilled professional to assist in the maintenance of our buildings, grounds and property.
The person we are seeking will have good planning skills, qualifications and experience in building, estates, gardening or allied trades, knowledge of health and safety and will upkeep the estate to an appropriate standard. The following skills and abilities are also required;
– Prioritising workload in order to meet the demands of the community.
– experience of working in the maintenance field or building and/or estate works.
– Good levels of physical fitness
– Accurate, methodical and well organised.
– Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team or use own initiative when required.
As the post is servicing the homes and school the Estates Maintenance Assistant will be working amongst children and therefore are expected to have a friendly disposition whilst maintaining appropriate boundaries.
