Job Purpose
The Dance and Wellbeing teacher is responsible for leading the development and delivery of an outstanding, inclusive and innovative dance curriculum across schools and community settings. The role combines exceptional teaching, curriculum leadership, quality assurance, business development, staff mentoring and performance leadership to ensure the highest standards of dance education and professional development.
The postholder will champion inclusive practice, build lasting partnerships with schools, and support the director in driving innovation across the organisation. They will act as a senior ambassador for Shadow, ensuring every child has access to inspiring, high-quality dance experiences.
Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
