TP Fire & Security is currently recruiting for an adaptable and enthusiastic Contract Support Administrator to join our Eastern Branch. Due to the award of a major new contract, we are creating this dedicated position to support one of our key customers. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, helping to ensure the contract is delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
Your Role will include:
- Schedule Pre-planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance works in a timely manner to ensure all Key Performance Indicators are met
- Handling administrative and support activities.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation when requested.
- Issue purchase orders when required.
- Work with the management team to discuss and implement appropriate course of action
- First point of contact for engineers regarding scheduling queries.
- Arrange service schedules and create, amend and file associated documentation and service records.
- Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies and procedures
- Undertake any 'ad hoc' duties as requested by the Service management Team.
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A high degree of flexibility when faced with new challenges
- Good negotiation, influencing, good planning and organisation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good numerical, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Fire/Security operations preferred but not essential.
- ‘Can do’ attitude and a team player.
- Right to work in the UK.
