Our client, a reputable independent VAG specialist based in Warwick, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their well-established workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to become part of a dedicated team recognised for delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician will include:
- Salary up to £37,500 DOE, with OTE reaching £45,500 through performance bonuses
- Monthly bonus structure, historically around £8,000 per year
- Monday to Friday working hours, with just 1 in 4 Saturdays required

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
- Performing vehicle servicing and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately
- Undertaking brake, suspension, and tyre repairs
- Assisting with MOT preparation and testing (if qualified)
- Completing repairs efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of quality
- Contributing to a busy workshop environment and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a professional workshop
- VAG experience is highly advantageous
- Confident in fault finding and diagnostic procedures
- MOT Tester licence would be beneficial but is not essential
- Full UK driving licence
