The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parcels to customers throughout your allocated route.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and organising parcels
- Completing your allocated delivery route
- Delivering parcels safely and on time
- Providing professional customer service
- Using delivery apps and handheld devices
- Following company procedures and road safety requirements
- Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a good standard
- Reporting any delivery or vehicle issues promptly
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Good driving record
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage a busy route
- Physically fit enough to load and deliver parcels
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not essential
Performance Bonuses
We recognise drivers who consistently perform well. Additional bonuses may be available for excellent attendance, reliability, delivery performance and completing routes to a high standard.
