Working Pattern:
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with an early finish at 4:00pm on Fridays. While the position is home based, the majority of work will be carried out across various property development sites within the Liverpool & Merseyside area and potentially further afield when required. The role is mobile, and a car will be provided for attending appointments; therefore, a full UK driving licence is required.

You will ideally have experience in a similar role, preferably within the private rental sector. We are after someone who is dependable, enthusiastic, and takes real pride in their work. You will be confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with tenants and landlords alike. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently are key. At the heart of this role is a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we want someone who is genuinely willing to go the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out regular inspections of managed properties
- Completing pre-tenancy checks and detailed inventory reports
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to the relevant teams
- Preparing accurate reports and updating internal systems
- Supporting wider business operations as needed
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- A high level of integrity and initiative
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
- Clear, confident communication skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence
