The Potted Lobster is one of North Wales' leading seafood restaurants, situated in the heart of beautiful Abersoch. Renowned for exceptional seafood, an extensive wine list, and warm, professional service, we've built a reputation for delivering memorable dining experiences to guests from across the UK.
We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking Waiters and Waitresses to join our Front of House team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, if you enjoy looking after people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering warm, friendly and professional service to every guest.
- Greeting and seating customers.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard.
- Advising guests on our menus, daily specials and wine selection.
- Preparing and maintaining restaurant sections before, during and after service.
- Processing payments using our EPOS system.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Following food safety, allergy and licensing procedures at all times.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
- Friendly, confident and approachable.
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
- Able to stay calm under pressure during busy services.
- A great team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided for the right candidate.
