We’re looking for a hands-on, people focused café leader to help run the day-to-day at our little Cotswolds café.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building a strong team around them, and takes genuine pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. whether they arrive in walking boots or with a muddy dog in tow.
The Role
You’ll help keep everything running smoothly, from the morning rush through to the final tables of the day. You’ll be trusted to lead shifts confidently, support the team around you, and help maintain the high standards we’re known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and being the go-to person on the floor
- Supporting, motivating and developing the front-of-house team
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
- Assisting with staff training and onboarding
- Managing stock levels and placing supplier orders
- Upholding food safety, cleanliness and health & safety procedures
- Stepping in wherever needed during busy services
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Feels confident taking responsibility and making decisions
- Communicates clearly and positively
- Remains calm under pressure
- Is organised, dependable and proactive
