The postholder will be the lead People and Organisational Development (POD) project manager and will support projects across the full range of the POD function. Operating at a senior level, the role will provide a trusted and high level support to the Director of People and Deputy Director’s including shaping and supporting the delivery of strategic workforce priorities, facilitating cross organisational collaboration, preparing high quality briefings and policy reports and acting as a key interface between the strategic HR function and internal/external stakeholders.
They will lead specific programmes of work, manage stakeholder engagement across Care Groups and Backbone Services.
This post will be considered for between 30 to 37.5 hours per week
As a key member of the POD team, the post holder will lead the implementation of a range of People projects and cross cutting initiatives across the Trust, ensuring that the organisation delivers on its commitment to make RDaSH an employer of choice. This role requires a strategic and operational approach, combining engagement, culture transformation and workforce development initiatives.
In addition, the post holder will provide high level senior support to the POD Senior Leadership Team assisting in the delivery of strategic priorities, co-ordination of cross cutting People projects, preparation of board-level reports and papers and ensuring alignment with national NHS priorities.
