About the Role
As a Full Time Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering fun, interactive, and effective lessons
- Working one-on-one or with small groups to provide tailored support
- Assisting students with diverse learning needs, including SEN
- Helping with classroom setup and behaviour management
- Encouraging students to stay engaged and reach their full potential
What We're Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience working with children (SEN experience is a big plus!)
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable attitude
- Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- The flexibility to assist students with a range of learning styles
