We are seeking dedicated and experienced chef de parties to help lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills and a passion for food preparation, ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and dining area.
- Supporting your teammates during peak service times by assisting with cooking & plating, as required.
Experience
- Proven experience as a cook/chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work in and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and hygiene standards.
- A passion for culinary arts with the ability to inspire creativity within the team.
