Experienced Passive Fire Surveyor to join a residential compartmentation survey project in Worcester. This role is focused on quality over quantity. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of construction methods who can produce accurate, detailed reports for the Fire Engineer.

Start Date: Monday 10th August
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Role Responsibilities:
- Carrying out compartmentation surveys throughout residential properties.
- Identifying and recording breaches in fire compartmentation.
- Recognising structural damage and construction defects.
- Producing clear, accurate reports with supporting photographs.
- Logging all findings using One Trace.
- Working closely with the Fire Engineer to provide high-quality survey information.
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience carrying out Passive Fire / Compartmentation Surveys.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building structures.
- Knowledge of dry lining systems and compartmentation details.
- Ability to identify structural issues and construction defects.
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.
- Experience using One Trace (preferred).
Desirable:
- Fire Door inspection experience (not essential).
- No formal qualifications required – experience is far more important.
