Regional Quality Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Full UK Driving Licence Required
We're looking for an experienced Regional Quality Manager to support 10 care homes looking at elderly care. Working alongside Home Managers and the senior operational team, you'll help services achieve and maintain Good and Outstanding CQC ratings, drive continuous improvement, and ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.

About the Role
As Regional Quality Manager, you'll work closely with Home Managers, Regional Managers and the Operations Director to support quality improvement across a portfolio of care homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting homes to achieve and maintain Good and Outstanding CQC ratings.
- Completing quality audits, governance visits and observations of practice.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring quality improvement plans.
- Coaching and mentoring Home Managers and clinical teams.
- Monitoring compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and company policies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve quality, safety and resident experience.
- Reviewing incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and inspection outcomes.
- Supporting homes during CQC inspections and regulatory visits.
- Producing quality reports and analysing performance trends.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the region.
- Supporting the induction and development of new Home Managers.
- Working collaboratively with Regional Managers and the wider operational leadership team.
- Providing occasional out-of-hours support when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and has the experience to support others to succeed.
You'll have:
- Previous management or senior leadership experience within the care home sector.
- An Active NMC Pin
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong experience in clinical governance, quality assurance and auditing.
- A proven track record of improving quality standards and inspection outcomes.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, organisation and analytical abilities.
- Experience using electronic care planning and medication systems, including Person Centred Software and eMAR.
- A full UK driving licence
