About the role
Bright London Care Limited is recruiting caring, reliable and committed Support Workers, Care Assistants and Healthcare Assistants to join our supported-living team across Hackney.
You will support individuals to live safely, independently and with dignity in their homes and supported-living settings.
No previous care experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Main duties
- Support with daily routines and personal care
- Encourage independence and community participation
- Assist with appointments and activities
- Support with medication following training
- Follow care and support plans
- Maintain accurate records
- Report concerns or changes promptly
- Promote dignity, safety and wellbeing
Requirements
Applicants should be:
- Caring, patient and respectful
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to communicate clearly
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Able to travel across Hackney
- Flexible with working hours
