Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to clients, ensuring punctuality and adherence to traffic regulations
- Engage with customers professionally, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales transactions, and customer feedback using IT systems
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled routes while accommodating last-minute requests or changes
- Organize delivery schedules and routes for maximum efficiency, minimizing delays and fuel consumption
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during the process
Qualifications
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial vehicle operation preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence positively during customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or customer service roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in IT tools for scheduling, route planning, and record keeping
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety awareness
