Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic Pizza Chef or Grill Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas or grilled dishes with precision and flair, delivering exceptional quality and presentation. Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas or grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented attractively, and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace at all times
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to meet guest demand
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to pizza making or grilling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on serving guests effectively
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
