We are seeking an exceptional Quality Improvement Leader to play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the College. Reporting to an Assistant Principal, you will lead quality enhancement initiatives, strengthen inspection readiness and compliance, and support colleagues to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment that improves learner outcomes.
You will work collaboratively across curriculum and support teams to promote innovation, high standards and a culture of excellence, ensuring both learners and staff achieve their full potential.
Ideally, you will:
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across the College
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment
- Support inspection readiness, compliance and quality assurance activities
- Coach, mentor and develop staff to improve performance and practice
- Use data and evidence-based approaches to enhance learner outcomes
- Champion innovation, collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in teaching, learning and assessment
- A proven track record of improving the quality of provision
- Experience of developing, coaching and mentoring staff
- The ability to analyse data and use evidence to drive improvement
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for raising standards and improving learner success
