Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s developmental milestones across all areas of learning.
- Supervise and support children during daily routines such as playtime, mealtime, rest periods, and outdoor activities to promote safety and well-being.
- Assist in organizing environments effectively, ensuring they are welcoming and conducive to learning.
- Maintain high standards of childcare and early childhood education.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, address concerns, and foster strong partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times.
- Support the management team in implementing policies, maintaining records, and contributing to the continuous improvement of day to day practices.
Qualifications
- Recognized Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues confidently.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: £28,080.00-£30,160.00 per year
