The Burleigh Arms in Cambridge are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to create memorable experiences for our guests.
We hold 2 rosettes for culinary excellence and 93rd in the Estrella Top 100 Gastro Pubs in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Take and serve orders accurately, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and service stations
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, coffee, or soft drinks, adhering to quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and health regulations
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Strong catering and serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience with bartending or barista duties adds value to the role
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
