Copper Still Restaurant & Bar on The Royal Mile in Edinburgh is looking for a Chef de Partie and a Breakfast Chef to work in a busy kitchen using fresh Scottish produce.

Your role will be to delivery quality consistent food, assisting the Head and Sous Chefs on duty.

Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality meals are served
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards
- Work with the kitchen team and coordinate meal preparation and service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
