Duties
- Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, styling to be tailored to individual client.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in hair styling.
- Certification or qualification in barbering from an accredited institution is required.
