```Job Summary```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. Your role will involve promoting independence, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and providing personalized care.
```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and assisted feeding
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
