Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse
Location: Cobham (KT11) | Practice: Crome Dental Clinic Pay: Starting from £13.50 (negotiable) Hours: 1 x Part-Time and 1x Full -Time
Crome Dental Clinic is looking for 2* DentalNurses* to become part of our team in Cobham, Surrey. Our Practice is located in a great location, a quiet part of Surrey close to the high street with a range of small shops, restaurants & cafes.
We are a 3 surgery practice that has recently expanded and now we are looking for some new team members to join us as we look to improve staff & patient experience.

Whether you are a seasoned Dental Nurse or a dedicated Trainee currently enrolled in a GDC-recognised course, we want to hear from you! We value clinical excellence and a warm bedside manner above all else.
Ideally the right candidates will have at least 6 months experience of dental nursing, however we are happy to consider Dental nurses who are registered onto a course with no prior experience as full training & support will be given.

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials prior to appointments.
- Sterilise and maintain dental equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions, answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient correspondence.
- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure the clinic environment remains clean and organised.
- Offer reassurance and support to anxious patients, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting is desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Knowledge of nursing principles as they relate to dental care is preferred.
- Basic IT skills for managing electronic health records and scheduling systems.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail.
