We are currently recruiting male and female Community Care Assistants for both full-time and part-time positions.
Immediate Requirement – Evening & Weekend Care Assistants
We are particularly looking for caring and reliable individuals who can provide cover during:
- Evening shifts: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday availability)
- Additional daytime hours may also be available.

What You’ll Need
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A caring attitude and willingness to learn — no experience required
- Right to Work in the UK – we are currently unable to offer sponsorship

About the Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll support clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. You’ll deliver person-centred care that respects individual needs, choices, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
- Working collaboratively with other professionals
- Maintaining a safe and respectful environment
- Attending training and staying up to date with best practice
Ideal Candidate
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to confidentiality and dignity in care
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
- 2 years’ experience (desired but not essential)
