Weekends off in a rotation. 4 days per week approx 40 hours.
The role will entail;
· Preparation of the food
· Producing all dishes in a timely fashion to high quality
· Maintain all kitchen records
· Ensure kitchen and storage areas are clean and organised
· Manage food stock and place orders
About You
You will be passionate about producing great quality food.
You will understand and be able to maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene.

Ability to communicate clearly and get on in a small, but perfectly formed team.
