We're looking for a Visual Content Producer to own photography and video across the full Domli range. You'll style and shoot most of it yourself: hero shots, detail crops, lifestyle sets and short product videos, built to a defined shot sequence. For bigger or seasonal shoots, you'll brief and direct freelance photographers rather than carry every shoot alone.
We've built a dedicated home for this work: a purpose-made design studio at our headquarters, alongside a 1,500 square foot showroom on site for varied visuals. This is a hands-on production role and a guardianship role: you'll be the person who makes sure every image, wherever it ends up, follows our brand standards. There's room to grow into strategy and brand work as the role develops.
- Plan and shoot product and marketing photography across the range
- Shoot and edit short-form product video
- Direct lifestyle shoots, usually on-site but occasionally on location
- Work closely with our Web & Marketing team on asset creation and launch planning
- Deliver every shoot to a consistent technical standard: accurate colour, correct file specs and clean naming
- Retouch with a light touch: knots, grain and colour variation are part of the product, not flaws to fix
- Extend and maintain our visual and styling guidelines
- Apply our brand guidelines accurately
- On occasion, brief and manage freelance photographers and videographers for lifestyle shoots
What you'll bring
- A portfolio of product and lifestyle photography, ideally for furniture, interiors or another physical product where material quality matters
- Confidence with studio lighting and daylight setups
- Comfort shooting and editing short-form video (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut or similar)
- Working knowledge of image editing software such as Lightroom or Photoshop, used with restraint rather than heavy processing
- The ability to work autonomously and to self-motivate
Where you'll work
You'll be based on-site at our offices and design studio in Cam, Gloucestershire GL11, with the flexibility that shoot schedules sometimes need. Some hybrid working is available too: editing and strategy work can be done from home where appropriate.

Terms:
- Salary based on experience, plus company-wide profit-share bonus
