PART‑TIME SHIFT LEADER — PINK SAGE COFFEE HOUSE (Stratford‑upon‑Avon)
15–20 hours per week
Pink Sage is a European/British‑inspired specialty coffee house known for atmosphere, consistency, and high standards. We’re looking for a part‑time Shift Leader with proven hospitality or coffee shop experience who can confidently run the floor, support the team, and maintain the Pink Sage standard during busy periods.
⭐ Role Responsibilities
- Leading the team during your assigned shifts
- Maintaining service standards, workflow, and cleanliness
- Confidently opening or closing the shop
- Supporting training and guiding newer staff
- Handling customer issues with warmth and professionalism
- Keeping the environment organised and welcoming
⭐ Experience ESSENTIAL
We are only considering applicants who have:
- Previous hospitality or coffee shop experience
- Experience leading a team or running shifts
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership
