As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.?
What your day will look like?
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for preparing detailed sales reports and supporting the General Manager/Cluster Director of Sales in developing the annual Business Plan, including market segmentation analysis and revenue forecasts. You will carry out planned sales activities, actively promote the hotel and the wider Group, and drive sales volume and profitability by developing and implementing initiatives aligned with the marketing plan. By networking with competitors to stay aware of market trends, threats, and opportunities, you will identify new markets and business prospects while developing special sales campaigns to maximize revenue. The role also involves participating in sales calls and client meetings to secure new business and close deals.
What You’ll Bring?
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to deliver exceptional client service while remaining highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. A sales-focused mindset with a passion for upselling, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use initiative are all essential. The role also requires a collaborative team player who can perform well under pressure, and previous experience with systems such as Opera or similar would be advantageous.
