A Fantastic Opportunity: Assistant Management Accountant
This role supports the delivery of accurate, timely management accounting information to key stakeholders, enabling informed decisionmaking across the business throughout the ED2 period. It is responsible for core monthend activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of key financial processes, while also contributing to the wider management accounting function.
The role also plays an active part in developing junior team members and supporting the smooth, effective running of finance operations.
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.
For this role there is opportunity for agile working following completion of your probationary period.
What we’re looking for
We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who meet the following criteria:

Partqualified accountant - or suitably experienced, ideally within a fastpaced management accounts environment.

Analytical capability - interpreting variances, identifying underlying trends, and reconciling data between systems. Assisting with analytical reviews and control processes within the fixed asset area.

Process management experience - including devising, improving, and assuring reporting processes with a proven record of delivering process improvements.

Monthend delivery experience - working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.

Advanced Excel proficiency - including highlevel use of formulas, data manipulation and analysis tools.
