Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through B2B sales strategies and establish professional relationships
- Analyse client needs to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options
- Manage client data efficiently using Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Conduct presentations and consultations in both English and Spanish to cater to diverse customer demographics
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain ongoing relationships and promote additional services
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting insurance offerings
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall service delivery
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is advantageous
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve a broader client base effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish (if applicable)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
