Are you at your best when others are asleep? If you're compassionate, calm under pressure and passionate about mental health, join our Service supporting adults who need long-term, 24-hour mental health support.
As a Mental Health Support Worker (Nights), you'll help create a safe, reassuring and restful environment, supporting residents with dignity and respect while promoting healthy sleep routines, independence and wellbeing. Through regular welfare checks, therapeutic support and medication administration, you'll play a vital role in helping people feel secure and supported overnight.
You'll respond to residents' needs, manage risks, complete accurate records and handovers, and ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and service standards are maintained at all times. Working both independently and as part of a wider team, you'll contribute to residents' recovery journeys while helping to keep the service running smoothly.

Who we’re looking for:

Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding responsibilities, including identifying, responding to, and escalating concerns.

Experience of working with people with complex mental health needs

Experience of interagency working and understanding of the Care Programme Approach (CPA)
