Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Serve food and beverages to guests with friendly and professional guest service skills
- Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, cleaning workstations, and maintaining hygiene standards
- Deliver catering orders efficiently and courteously to designated locations or clients
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, taking orders and providing information clearly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering area before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely setup, service, and breakdown of catering events
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- A drivers license is required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or special event days
