We’re recruiting Support / Care Workers to join our Supported Living / Domiciliary team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help adults live independently while promoting dignity, wellbeing and choice every single day.
About the Role
As a Supported Living Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to individuals with varying needs. You’ll help with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, medication and social activities — empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives. Must be able to work weekend shifts.
Every day is different! You might support someone to attend appointments, enjoy hobbies, go shopping or take part in exciting activities like theatre trips, music events or days out. This role is open to female applicants only under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, as being female is a genuine occupational requirement due to the nature of the personal care provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver care and support based on personalised care plans
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meals and medication administration
- Encourage independence, dignity and choice in all aspects of support
- Observe and report any changes in health or wellbeing
- Support with budgeting, household tasks and daily living activities
- Maintain clear and accurate care records and documentation
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
