We are looking for a enthusiastic individual to join the team at our 56-acre Holiday Park for the 2026 Summer season with an immediate start. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and gardens as directed by the Head Gardener - working 3 to 4 days a week to ensure designs and displays leave a lasting impression on our guests throughout the season.
What you will be doing:
- Undertake day to day maintenance of all aspects of gardens, tools, the land and garden buildings as directed.
- Planting, weeding, watering, deadheading and maintaining all border and beds.
- Responsible for all seasonal floral displays.
- Input and involvement in the design and landscaping of the Park.
- Ensure that you work in a safe, secure and compliant way, whilst fulfilling health and safety obligations, including appropriate use of PPE.
- Adhoc duties within grounds maintenance.
What we are looking for:
- Strong people skills to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Must hold a full clean driving licence.
- Relevant horticultural qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- First Aid at Work (or willing to work towards)
