Duties
- Providing a wide range of nail treatments including BIAB, manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
- Ensuring all tools and workstations are hygienic, sterilised, and well-maintained
- Building strong relationships with clients through personalised service and professional communication
- Managing appointments efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of customer care
- Promoting additional services and retail products to clients to enhance their experience
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a portfolio of work demonstrating skill and creativity
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored advice
- Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage appointments independently
- Valid certification or licence in nail technology (where applicable)
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
