Duties
- Perform a variety of skin treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and laser therapies, ensuring client safety and satisfaction
- Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care
- Keep accurate records of treatments administered and client progress
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare technology and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries professionally and courteously
Skills
- Level 3 Beauty Therepy
- Level 4 Laser & IPL and Microneedling
- Min 3 years of experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to listen attentively to clients’ needs and provide tailored skincare advice
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and treatment quality
- Professional demeanour with a friendly yet professional approach
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends
