Freelance Video Editor — Part-Time - hybrid

Crawford's Farm is looking for a creative and reliable freelance Video Editor to support our growing digital presence. This is a part-time freelance opportunity for one to two days per week.
You will work with our existing raw footage and turn it into compelling video content that reflects the Crawfords Farm brand across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
The Role
· Editing long-form raw footage into structured, engaging YouTube videos of around 30 minutes.
· Repurposing long-form footage into short-form vertical clips for Instagram Reels and Facebook.
· Creating content that is clear, well-paced and aligned with the Crawfords Farm tone and audience.
· Optimising and exporting finished video assets to suit each platform’s requirements.
The Person
· Proven experience editing narrative-led, long-form digital video content.
· Confident working independently and managing editing projects from raw footage through to final export.
· Proficient with professional video editing software.
· Strong understanding of video formats and platform requirements for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
· Reliable, organised and able to meet regular deadlines.
Working Pattern and Pay
This is a freelance, part-time role for approximately one to two days per week. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.
