Key Responsibilities
- Manage international trade coordination and supplier communication
- Support purchasing, documentation, quotations, and commercial service activities
- Build relationships with clients, vendors, logistics partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor trade schedules, delivery updates, pricing, and service requirements
- Prepare reports, records, and updates for management review
- Identify process improvements to support efficiency and service quality
- Ensure trade-related activities follow company policies and operational standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in international trade, business services, procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, or commercial operations
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred
- Experience working with cross-border suppliers, trade documents, or client accounts is an advantage

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
