Job description
The successful candidate will be joining an inclusive, friendly, dynamic and fun team who take pride in their work and who enjoy building long-term relationships with their customers within a varied role. You will need to assemble bikes and serve customers after some training.
Note: Salary is split with a guaranteed £34,000 plus turnover commission depending on performance. The performance of this store has seen multiple years of sucessive growth.
The Role:
You will be Joining our team in Oxford.
You will be supporting the team in the assembly of cycles, serving customers and general work around the store.
Experience:
Cycling experience preferred.
Can calmly work under pressure and to successfully manage and control standards, systems, and processes to a very high level.
Have a hands-on, can do approach and mentality.
Training:
We are committed to on-going training to ensure that you can be the best you can be and pride ourselves on the continuation of the development of each of our team members.
We are a seven day a week business. If successful, you will need to be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Cycling: 3 years (preferred)
- Management: 3 years (required)
