FULL-TIME CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)

We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our growing team at Station Hop.

Station Hop is an independent bar in Morley Bottoms. We’re all about quality food, crisp pints, great cocktails and creating a place where people enjoy spending their time. Alongside our regular food service, we host quiz nights, live music, DJs and community events, so there’s always something happening.
As we continue to develop our kitchen, we’re looking for someone who wants more than just another chef job. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef, have the opportunity to contribute ideas, help create new dishes and play a genuine part in shaping what our food offering becomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Working alongside our Head Chef and independently to deliver consistently great food.
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
- Helping create new menus, specials and seasonal dishes.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Supporting stock control and day-to-day kitchen organisation.
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver a great service every shift.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Chef de Partie.
- A genuine passion for fresh food and cooking from scratch.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to get stuck in.
- The ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
- Someone who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.
