About the Role
We’re looking to for enthusiastic, caring individuals to join our dedicated team and help bring our memory hubs to life.
In this role, you’ll:
- Help deliver engaging, small-group therapy sessions such as cognitive stimulation and creative arts
- Support individuals living with dementia or mild cognitive changes to maintain their wellbeing and independence
- Build meaningful relationships with attendees and their families
- Play a key role in the day-to-day running of the hub
- Contribute to a positive, uplifting environment where every person feels valued

About You
Previous experience in health &/Or social care would be appreciated, but you don’t need previous experience in health or social care—we’re looking for the right attitude above all else.
You’ll bring:
- A positive, optimistic personality. Bringing joy to the group.
- A genuine interest in supporting older adults
- Curiosity about dementia and cognitive health
- Excellent communication skills
Experience with dementia—whether personal or professional—is welcomed, but not essential.
Additional Information
- Driving licence required!
- We also support attendees with transport and provide meals where needed
- Salary shown is based on full-time hours (pro rata for part-time roles)
