Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to enhance culinary skills.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive dining experience for guests.
- Utilize Portuguese culinary techniques and flavors to enrich the menu offerings.
- Monitor inventory and assist in food production planning to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
