You’ll be the friendly face of our business – This is a really important ‘front line’ role. You represent us with every single customer you meet, and their impression of our company is down to you. This is not just about collecting / delivering garments, on time and in great condition. It’s about customer service, too. The friendly approach, the smile, and the care you’ll take to speedily resolve any queries the client might have. We provide the insured vehicle equipped with camera and GPS also provide training.
The role Driving a van:
- Approximately 30 - 45 hours per week
- Delivering across your route, no matter how busy the roads or how bad the weather
- Getting customers’ garments to them on time and in perfect condition
- Being a friendly face that customers are always happy to see
- Keeping on smiling, even when traffic or the weather make your day difficult Your experience and skills
- Good communication skills Pride in making customers’ lives easier
- A calm approach to dealing with issues customers might have.
- Comfortable with physical work including loading and unloading your van, and delivering garments to customers’ doors
- Vigilant and confident behind the wheel Full valid UK manual driving license with no points.
- Day shift between 8:00 - 18:00 (Tuesday to Friday)
- Monday start at 7:00am.
