Part-Time Receptionist – Restaurant/Hospitality
We are looking for a friendly, confident and well-presented Part-Time Receptionist to join our busy restaurant team.
This role is primarily a weekend position, covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the opportunity for additional shifts during the week when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing restaurant reservations and table bookings
- Answering telephone calls and responding to booking enquiries
- Managing the reception area during busy services
- Coordinating with the management and front-of-house team regarding reservations and table availability
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests
Requirements
- Previous reception or hospitality experience is preferred
- Experience using OpenTable or a similar restaurant reservation/booking system is highly desirable
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly and well-presented
- Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
- Reliable and organised
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- Flexibility to work occasional weekday shifts would be beneficial
