Pad Print UK are UK Market leaders in the supply and distribution of Pad & Screen-Printing consumables and machinery. To support our continued growth, a part-time opportunity has now arisen for the right candidate to join our dedicated team. Working primarily in the warehouse, this role would ideally suit an individual with a good working knowledge of warehouse procedures.
Main Duties: -
a) Packing Daily Orders, completing satisfactorily relevant paperwork (including picking list/manifest for multiple packages).
b) Receiving goods in un-packing and placing on shelves / cupboards.
c) Recording and notifying sales administrator of delivery shortages / discrepancies immediately.
d) Booking on UK & Overseas shipments including preparing necessary documentation and ADR labelling.
e) Progressing and working with sales administrator to successfully complete all outstanding / back / part orders as quickly as possible.
f) Decanting and re-packaging of dangerous goods (PPE provided).
g) Maintain stock levels reporting to administrator any requirements / shortages.
h) Organising collection & removal of cardboard / chemicals.
i) Maintain high level of housekeeping in all areas worked.
Other Duties: –
a) Provide Pate Room cover, cutting plate stock maintaining levels as per schedule, optimising production to maximise plate usage.
b) Produce in-house etched printing plates following exposure times / process.
c) Mix ink to predicted recipes from formulas generated via colour manager software or colour matched recipes.
d) Production of silicone printing pads following pad manufacture process.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
